Zero Dynamic’s Spindle Running-In Testing Machine, Mechanical Spindle Running-In Machine With Four Bases is suitable for monitoring the running-in status of mechanical spindles after maintenance, mainly to monitor the temperature changes at the bearings. 4 bases can run 8 spindles at the same time.
Zero Dynamic’s Spindle Running-In Testing Machine, Mechanical Spindle Running-In Machine With Four Bases adopts servo motor to drive the belt to drive the spindle running, high power servo motor (7.5kw) can achieve the highest spindle running speed of 24000 rpm. The equipment can realise multi-segment speed automatic run-in and speed, time can be set separately for each segment. The temperature monitoring modules can generate temperature curve in real time during the running process, and has temperature alarm function. If the temperature is too high or the sensor is disconnected, it will alarm and reduce the speed or stop the machine automatically. Spindle run-in results can be printed in paper or PDF format.
