Zero Dynamic’s Treadmill Running Machine Roller Welding Correction Balancing Machine with Transmission Line is a customized balancing line of treadmill rollers (or similar hollow tube products) with functions of automatic feeding, testing and double-plane welding balance correction (require two workers to do manual welding), data storage (including initial and permissible residual unbalance), and qualification identification.
Zero Dynamic’s Treadmill Running Machine Roller Welding Correction Balancing Machine with Transmission Line can complete the fully automatic feeding, initial balance measurement, welding balance correction, re-testing, loading and unloading and qualification judgement, sorting and other processes for treadmill roller products. It has multi-station automatic balancing, automatic positioning, manual laser welding to correct unbalance, avoiding causing thermal deformation of thin tubes, and minimize the impact of dynamic balancing process on the product. The production cycle time of this equipment is ≤15 seconds/piece, which can be customized according to the customer's products and adjusted freely, and no manual intervention is required in the process of using it. It improves the production efficiency greatly while helping the customer to significantly reduce the labor cost.
